Introduction

Febo doing business as (dba), and referred to going forward as, AllzWell (“AllzWell”, “ALLZWELL”, or “we”) aims to empower caregivers with a powerful mobile application meticulously crafted to offer unparalleled support to caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s / Dementia. Through its user-friendly interface and robust features, AllzWell revolutionizes the caregiving experience, ensuring superior care and support for both caregivers and their loved ones. 

This Privacy Policy applies to the application, including all its features and functionalities (“App” or “Platform”) offered by AllzWell. 

Data We collect

You don’t have to create an account to use many of our service features, such as searching and viewing some of our articles, viewing news in our feed, or accessing our health management tools. If you create a general account, we only store your email, gender, password and full name.

1.1 Registration   

AllzWell provides the option to create an account, or you can register by logging in through third-party websites or apps.  To create an account, you need to provide data including a display name, photo, and email address, be over 18 years old, and create a password.  

1.2 Profile 

A user’s AllzWell profile on the App includes information such as display name, brief biography, an email address, DOB, condition followed and country of residence. However, all the information is not displayed as public information.  

Your display name and username are always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym.  You can also update your profile and privacy settings at any time. 

1.3 Posting and Uploading 

We collect personal data from you when you provide, post or upload data, such as when you like, create or share information from our Platform. This can include information about the content you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. We also collect information about how you use our features such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities. 

1.4 Our Services 

AllzWell aims to empower caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s / Dementia by keeping them updated on the latest developments (ranging from news articles, learning modules, FDA approvals, treatments and latest research), providing condition management features, and a sense of community with other caregivers. AllzWell is constantly trying to improve the caregiver’s experience by capturing date on most clicked articles, responses to surveys, most used tools and clinical trial matching to customize the experience and navigating to the information and resources most relevant to you.  Those condition management features include: 

1.4.1 Clinical Trial Matching 

The clinical trial tool uses AI technology and gathers data based on the caregiver’s answers to the questionnaire. AllzWell uses this data to find better matches for the trial and improve the overall experience of finding a trial. 

1.4.2 Navigation to other services 

AllzWell offers the caregiver a range of tools to manage their loved one’s condition via several health tracking tools. AllzWell gathers data on these tools to offer caregivers an enhanced experience through partnerships with other providers.  

1.4.3 Education and information curation

AllzWell offers a curated newsfeed to the caregiver and offers the latest news and developments on dementia. The information gathered on the app allows AllzWell to give the caregiver a more curated experience  

1.4.4 Other tracking options 

AllzWell offers medicine and appointment reminders, vitals tracking, as well as others for convenience if a caregiver is not already using another app or resource to track those.   

For example, in our section “Medicine reminder” we gather information such as: name or pseudonym of the medicine to take, the dose, indications and the periodicity that the user needs or desires to take his/her medicine. As permitted by its configuration, notifications are sent according to the time set up as a reminder. 

1.5 Cookies 

We may collect cookies, which are text files that are saved on your device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, etc.).  Types of cookies we may use include “session cookies” which are data files stored in temporary memory and are not retained after your browser is closed, and “persistent cookies”, which are data files capable of providing websites with user preferences, settings and information for future visits. 

Data from Others

2.1 Content and News 

ALLZWELL collects public information about, for example, news, medical articles, videos, clinical trials information related to the user’s chosen interest, and makes it available as part of our services, including, as permitted by its configuration, sending notifications as soon as these articles are posted.  There are other features of ALLZWELL (E.g., Activity, Achievements) where the data is not collected or saved by ALLZWELL, we only display that information from third party vendors. 

Use of Data We Collect

The information we collect is used, generally, to provide our services, identify and communicate with you (including sending you marketing messages), respond to your requests/inquiries and improve our services.  You can opt-out or change your preferences through your settings at any time.  We also use information as described below: 

  • General communication – we use your personal information to send you texts, emails or other communications regarding general adherence information.  “Adherence” is determined based on how the caregiver sets up the reminders in AllzWell and may not be reflective of any dosing and administration of approved medications as prescribed.  AllzWell is not responsible for any discrepancies between settings and prescription guidance. 
  • Provision of service – we will use the personal information you provide us for the provision and improvement of our Service to you. For example, we use your health information to send you reminders to take your medications based on the dosing frequency you provide and the frequency for reminders you select. 
  • Analytics, surveys and research – we are always trying to improve our services and think of new and exciting features for our users. Sometimes, we may conduct surveys or test features and analyze the information we develop to evaluate and improve them. 
  • Device integration – we can use the data from your devices, including smart watches, to provide general recommendations based on vitals and other tracked information.  
  • We may use session and persistent cookies on our website.  We may use these cookies for purposes such as operating our website or the App, as necessary, and for remembering your preferences.  You can always delete or disable cookies that are not necessary for the operation of our website or the App through the settings of your browser or device. 

Data deleted

You can request that we delete your personal information by sending an email to [email protected] and add on the subject line Info Delete Request.  Your email serves as your ID and helps us to ensure that we are deleting the correct data as part of our deletion processA request to delete your information should be sent prior to uninstalling the application.   Your data will be deleted within thirty (30) days.
